Frequently asked questions

Is there a charge for adults?
Adults are free – please limit to 2 adults per booking as space is limited and we want to prioritise children where possible.

Is there a charge for babies?
Babies under 18 months are welcome to join us. If they’re accompanying siblings and are not participating in the workshops, there is no charge. Please note, we can only account for gifts for the number of tickets booked, so we cannot offer gifts to children who have not been booked in.

What time should I arrive?
Please check your ticket time and arrive on time. We'll meet at the Stable Studio.

I have a buggy. Will there be room for it?
We have a covered passageway outside the studio where we ask you to park your buggy as space is limited.

How big is each group?
We are limiting group sizes to approximately 12 children plus their parents/caregivers. This may fluctuate slightly. Each family will have their own time with Santa.

My child has special requirements. Can you accommodate?
We will do everything in our power to make sure every child's needs are catered for. If your child has any special requirements please let us know in your booking so we can make notes and ensure Santa and his helpers are fully prepared.

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes but please let us know in your booking form so we can ensure you're allocated enough space in the workshop.

Are there any stairs?
No, everything is on ground floor level.

What is your cancellation policy?
If, in the case that your child cannot attend the event due to circumstances within your control such as of change of mind or schedule, we cannot offer any refund and we appreciate your understanding. Please read Ts+Cs before booking here.
